About Us

Stratton Built is a Sydney based construction and development company that specialises in residential and commercial construction, from building and extensions, to renovations and one-of-a kind feature builds. We combine our experience and knowledge of the industry with your needs and wants to ensure you “love your lifestyle”, no matter what that means to you.

Our passion for architecture, quality materials and customer satisfaction is the foundation of everything we do, and we love the opportunity to share this. Our teams consist of trade and apprentice carpenters, meaning every member is trained to the highest standard and is an expert in the job they are doing. Stratton Built also has a number of connections across a range of trades including plumbing, electricity and rendering (to name a few) who can be organised for you and whatever your project requires.

Meet The Team

Ash Stratton

Founder

Ash is our director, and has almost 20 years experience in a range of construction industries from commercial residential (nursing homes) and Ausgrid substations, all the way down to backyard projects and minor renovations. He is a carpenter, licensed supervisor and builder, and is passionate about creating one-off carpentry pieces and working with people.

Brad

Site Supervisor

Brad has been working for Stratton Built since we began, and is the core of our team. He is one of our leading hands, and his skills and attention to detail prove why. Our customers always seem to notice Brad’s manner when working with the apprentices, he is patient and clear with high standards and expectations for their work – an absolute asset to the team.

Scott

Site Supervisor

Scott is another one of our leading hands, and brings with him a wide range of skills and experiences. This is obvious in the exceptional work he produces every week, but also in his work with our younger team members. Scott is as reliable as they come, and is known for going above and beyond for our clients and projects.

Joshua

Carpenter

Joshua started with Stratton Built straight out of Year 10, and is an absolute workhorse. There are few that can keep up when he gets going, and even fewer can outlast him. He will power through any task until it’s done, and we love seeing him in action. There are still a couple of years left in Joshua’s apprenticeship, and we are looking forward to putting the powerhouse to good use!

Kyle

Carpenter

Kyle has been working for Stratton Built since he was a 1st Year Apprentice, and could be considered the “quiet achiever” of the team. He is focussed, diligent and is well known for his outstanding work ethic. It’s not long until Kyle is a fully qualified carpenter, and we know he will continue to do us proud as a leading hand one day!

Caleb

Carpenter

Caleb started with Stratton Built straight out of Year 12, and has made his mark ever since. He is a quick learner and shows great attention to detail in everything he works on. Caleb goes above and beyond to deliver what is necessary, and this is obvious in every project he is a part of. There are still a couple of years left in Caleb’s apprenticeship, and we are loving watching him grow and become an exceptional carpenter.
